Inspired by the city's earliest markets, The Last Exchange brings together the energy of trade, conversation and craft in a modern pub setting. More than a place to drink, it is a place to connect; where stories are shared, deals are made, and good company is always at the centre of the room.
We take the familiar seriously
We take pub classics seriously: properly kept pints, honest British produce and hospitality that’s generous rather than scripted. We respect the traditions of a great pub without turning them into a costume, and we obsess over the details - from the glassware to the handwriting on your bill - because that’s what makes a night memorable. Food, drink and hospitality: taken seriously. Ourselves: not so much.
