General Terms of Use

This website is operated by The Publican Estate. By accessing and using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. All content, including text, photography, and design, is the property of The Publican Estate and may not be reproduced without written permission. We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the website following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Menu items, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, we do not guarantee that all details are complete or current. Please contact the restaurant directly to confirm any specifics before your visit.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redeemable at all The Publican Estate locations.

Gift cards can be used for food and drinks but not for gratuities.

If the bill exceeds the gift card value, the remaining balance must be settled by the cardholder.

The Publican Estate is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Please treat them as cash.

Gift cards cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.

Reservations are managed through OpenTable. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before yourbooking.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge or restriction on future bookings.

For parties of 10 or more, a deposit policy may apply.

We hold tables for 15 minutes past the reservation time. After this, the table may be released.

Special requests (dietary requirements, seating preferences, celebrations) can be added during booking but are subject to availability.

From time to time, The Publican Estate may run promotional offers, competitions, or feedback incentives. Unless otherwise stated, the following general terms apply to all promotions:

Promotions are valid for the stated period only and cannot be extended.

Offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, voucher, or promotion.

The Publican Estate reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion without prior notice.

Promotional discounts apply to food only unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Feedback form promotions: by submitting a feedback form, you may be entered into a prize draw. Winners will be contacted via the email provided. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Offer available to the first 1,000 valid registrations only.

Eligible guests will receive an email voucher for one complimentary pint. Choice of pint is Guinness or City Scribbler.

Email voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.

One pint per voucher, one voucher per person.

No cash alternative and no product substitutions available.

Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be resold.

Subject to availability.

Management reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.

The £10 food voucher is valid against food purchases only and cannot be redeemed against drinks, service charges, gratuities, gift cards or any other non-food items.

No pre-booking is required to redeem this voucher. Guests may present the voucher during their visit to claim the discount, subject to these terms and conditions.

Only one voucher may be redeemed per person.

The voucher must be presented at the time of ordering and cannot be applied retrospectively once payment has been made.

The voucher has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds or any alternative product or service.

The voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount, set menu, loyalty reward or voucher unless expressly stated otherwise.

A minimum food spend of £10 applies. Any remaining balance after redemption is non-transferable and will be forfeited.

The voucher is valid only at The Last Exchange during normal trading hours.

Management reserves the right to refuse, withdraw or cancel the voucher where it is believed to be misused, copied, altered, resold or obtained fraudulently.

Lost, stolen, damaged or copied vouchers will not be replaced.

The voucher is non-transferable and intended solely for the recipient to whom it was issued.

Voucher validity dates, where applicable, will be stated on the voucher itself. Expired vouchers will not be accepted.

The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the promotion at any time without prior notice where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

By redeeming this voucher, guests are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

1. Promoter

The promoter is The Last Exchange, operated by The Publican Estate Group, Individual Restaurants UK Limited.

This competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility

• Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.
• Entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom.
• Employees of The Last Exchange, Guinness, Diageo, Secret London are not eligible.
• Proof of age will be required.

3. Competition Period

The competition opens on [OPEN DATE].

The competition closes at 11:59pm on 1st November

Entries received after the closing date will not be included.

4. How To Enter

5. Prize

One winner will receive:

• Return flights from UK to Dublin for 6 people
• One night's hotel accommodation for 6 people
• Entry to the Guinness Storehouse for 6 people
• Dinner for 6 people
• Associated transfers included as specified by the promoter
• The holiday dates will be at the end of February 2027. The exact dates will be confirmed with the winners.

Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

The promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within 7 days of the closing date.

The draw will be independently supervised by a responsible member of the promoter's team.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the draw.

If no response is received within 72 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Publicity

The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition.

Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the promoter to use the winner's first name, image and competition-related content for promotional purposes.

9. Travel Conditions

• All travellers must hold valid UK passports and any required travel documentation.
• Travel dates are subject to availability.
• Travel insurance is not included, the winners must have their own travel insurance independently from this competition.
• Any personal expenditure not specifically included in the prize package is the responsibility of the winner and guests.

10. Data Protection

Personal information will be processed only for the administration of this competition and, where consent has been provided, for marketing communications from The Last Exchange.

Data will be managed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

11. General

The promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

This token entitles the holder to one complimentary regular takeaway coffee.

Valid on selected hot beverages only, including Americano, Latte, Cappuccino, Flat White and Tea. Exclusions may apply.

The offer is available for takeaway consumption only and cannot be used against dine-in purchases.

No purchase is necessary to redeem this token.

No pre-booking is required. Simply present the token at the point of order.

One token may be redeemed per person. Multiple tokens cannot be used by the same individual.

Only one token may be redeemed per transaction.

The token must be surrendered at the time of redemption and cannot be reused.

The token has no cash value, is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, refunds or alternative products.

Any upgrades, flavour syrups, alternative milks, additional espresso shots or larger drink sizes may incur an additional charge.

The token cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, promotion or voucher.

Lost, damaged, copied or stolen tokens will not be replaced.

Management reserves the right to refuse redemption where fraudulent use is suspected.

Tokens are subject to availability. The venue reserves the right to substitute products where necessary.

The token is valid until the expiry date shown and cannot be redeemed after this date.
